Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DEZLY, an AI-powered CRM and business platform operated by Knockbook LLC, United Arab Emirates. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

DEZLY provides customer management, quotations, invoicing, payments tracking, document generation, and messaging (email and WhatsApp) for businesses. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for during a paid period.

Your workspace & your data

You own the content your business stores in DEZLY. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you issue (quotations, invoices, receipts) and for having the right to contact the customers you message through the platform. We process your content only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Messaging rules

WhatsApp messaging runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta’s Business and Commerce policies, including template approval and the 24-hour customer-service window. You must not use DEZLY to send spam or messages to people who have not consented to be contacted. We may suspend messaging features to protect deliverability and compliance.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe at the prices shown at purchase. Introductory offers convert to the standard price unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; the workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content or activity, no attempts to breach other workspaces, no reselling of the service without an agreement with us, and no use that harms the platform or other customers.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. When a subscription ends, your workspace data is kept, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
