DEZLY (“we”, “us”) is an AI-powered CRM and business platform operated by Knockbook LLC, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers the DEZLY websites, the workspace application, customer portals, and our messaging integrations.

What we collect

Account data — name, email address, phone number and company details you provide when creating a workspace. Workspace content — the customers, leads, quotations, invoices, documents and messages your business stores in DEZLY. This content belongs to you; we process it only to run the service for you. Usage and device data — logs, IP addresses and diagnostics needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Messaging integrations (WhatsApp, email)

When you connect WhatsApp through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, we process the messages your business sends and receives — content, phone numbers, timestamps and delivery status — solely to deliver the messaging features you use (sending documents and reminders, showing replies on your customer timeline). We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Message templates are reviewed and delivered by Meta under their terms. Email sending uses the address you connect and is used only to send the emails you trigger.

AI features

DEZLY’s AI features (message drafting, data extraction, insights) send only the minimum context needed to our AI providers to produce the result you asked for. AI output is generated for your workspace and is not used to train third-party models.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to the payment provider — DEZLY never sees or stores your full card number.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run DEZLY — hosting (DigitalOcean), messaging (Meta WhatsApp Business Platform), email delivery, payments (Stripe) and AI providers — each bound by their own data-protection terms. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law.

Retention & deletion

Workspace content is retained while your subscription is active, and it is kept when a subscription ends, so you can subscribe again and carry on where you left off. You can ask us to export or delete your workspace at any time, and we delete it on request; backups expire on a rolling schedule.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, isolated per workspace at the database layer, and access-controlled by role. Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and never displayed after saving.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting us. If you message a business that uses DEZLY, your relationship is with that business — contact them first, and we will support their obligations to you.
